📦 سياسة الشحن (Shipping Policy)
تجهيز الطلب: خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.
التوصيل: دبي خلال 1–2 يوم عمل، باقي الإمارات خلال 2–4 أيام عمل
نرسل رابط التتبع للحريف على الواتساب أو الإيميل بعد الشحن.
Order processing time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery: Dubai 1–2 business days, other Emirates 2–4 business days.
Tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp or email after shipping.
🔄 سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال (Refund & Returns Policy)
يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.
المنتج يجب أن يكون غير مفتوح وبحالته الأصلية والتغليف الأصلي.
غير قابلة للاسترجاع: المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة أو المنتجات العشبية بعد الفتح.
يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
المنتجات المخفضة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable: opened herbal products, honey jars, used health items.
Refund will be processed to the same payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Sale items are not refundable.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards / Bank Transfer.
Cash on Delivery: Not available at the moment.
All payments are secure and encrypted. A confirmation email is sent after successful payment.
